摘要

Manufacturing Grid (MGrid) tasks are further decomposed into subsequent subtasks so that every subtask aligns with its respective manufacturing system. These aid the subtasks in working efficiently with the help of geographically distributed, heterogeneous production properties. Because of the complexity associated with the different tasks of the manufacturing process, it is very difficult to fragment all the jobs of the manufacturing process using a solely independent automated process. In this paper, task decomposition is performed by middleware application and the proposed approach will be based on a combination of manpower and automation. Such an approach will be based on the quality of service and other parameters-based task decomposition approach. Being associated with quality of service, this service will perform based on the search database and will disintegrate the manufacturing jobs with a Global Process Planning template with the production manager playing a crucial role.
