Internet Banking Mobile Application Development Using Flutter Framework (Case Study: BCEL i-Bank)
摘要
This research shows an in-depth analysis of Flutter framework in the development of an internet banking solution as a mobile application to determine the performance in terms of operational speed, CPU utilization, RAM usage, and storage consumption. The study involves implementing the BCEL i-Bank app with Flutter and performing a series of procedures, including device initialization, authentication, account listing, and transaction processing. The findings of this research demonstrate that Flutter achieved notable performance capabilities regarding response speed, CPU utilization, and RAM usage, making it capable of creating highly efficient applications. However, Flutter produces an application with larger size, while delivering effective resource management and performance. Based on these results, it can be concluded that developing mobile applications with Flutter offers advantages in terms of speed, and resource utilization; but may be competitive with compelling alternatives whom produce smaller application size, which might be crucial for applications with small payload to be published to App Store/Play Store.
