Cloud Fuzzy Promoted and Preserved Inventory with Payment Delays
摘要
Inventory models that consider the trade credit facility through delayed payment, end-of-life guided decay and time-to-reorder influenced fractional demand under shortage are established. Preservation dampens decay and promotional efforts for demand augmentation. Expense rate minimization proceeds through optimizing the replenishment cycle length, the duration with positive inventory and the amount of investment in preservation. Further, to capture the imprecise demand, a cloud fuzzy setup is analysed to reveal the impact of the reduction in impreciseness. Better control outcome is demonstrated in a numerical model instance. A comparison of crisp, fuzzy and cloudy fuzzy solutions is also presented. Parametric sensitivity is investigated to extract decision-aiding patterns.
