A Response Surface Methodology-Based Optimization to Realize the Correlation Between Constituent Composition of the Composite

In this study, we explore how the composition hemp fiber, epoxy resin, and hardness affects the mechanical properties of composites created using a simple hand layup technique. Employing a response surface methodology, we designed experiments and conducted Analysis of Variation (ANOVA) to analyze the results obtained. Our investigation establishes a correlation between the composition of these elements and the tensile strength of the resulting composite. The paper details the statistical relationship aimed at developing high-strength composites by adjusting compositions to suit specific fiber and elemental combinations. It delves into the correlation between individual compositions and their impact on tensile strength, providing a comprehensive ANOVA analysis. This analysis offers insights for optimizing design solutions tailored for diverse applications in aerospace, automobile, and marine industries.
