Analysis of Reduced Graphene Oxide for Monitoring the Decomposition of HFO-1336mzz(€)
摘要
As an alternative SF6 environmentally friendly insulating gas HFO-1336mzz€, it decomposes under fault conditions such as discharge to produce saturated fluorocarbons such as CF4, C2F6, C3F8, and hydrocarbons such as C2H3F3 and C3HF3. In order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, it is necessary to monitor its decomposition in real time. Compared with GCMS, which has huge equipment and complicated operation, resistive sensor has more advantages. In this paper, the adsorption characteristics of reduced graphene oxide on CF4, the typical decomposition products of HFO-1336mzz€, were calculated based on the First-principle, and its potential as an on-line monitoring of the decomposition status of HFO-1336mzz€ was demonstrated by analyzing its adsorption energy, charge transfer amount, and density-of-states function.
