摘要

Cancer cells with lower differentiation levels can exhibit higher levels of aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) activity, which will inhibit the efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs. Cisplatin, a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug that can be used to treat human endometrial cancer cells, but the treatment effect of it was not obvious for HEC cells. Recent research results show that plasma-activated medium (PAM) is widely used in the field of plasma medicine research, and has great potential in cancer treatment. In this paper, under the high frequency and high, pressure dielectric barrier discharge plasma generator is used to prepare PAM, and relevant cell experiments are conducted on human endometrial cancer cells. The effect of PAM adjuvant chemotherapy was explored experimentally, and the results verified the effectiveness of PAM in inducing apoptosis in human endometrial cancer cells. Compared with traditional cisplatin alone, PAM could significantly inhibit ALDH activity, thus contributing to adjuvant cisplatin to improve the efficacy of cisplatin chemotherapy. The research results of this work can provide new methods and ideas for the anticancer therapy.
