摘要

The room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (RTV) is widely used as an anti-pollution flashover coating in power system due to its excellent insulating properties. To further improve the insulating properties of RTV materials, the BN/RTV composite insulating materials were prepared. The BN nanoparticles were modified by plasma. This study investigated the impact of different plasma modification time on the electrical properties of the BN/RTV composite insulating materials, including the material interface structure, hydrophobicity, charge-trap characteristic, and electrical strength were mainly studied. The results showed that after plasma modification, the BN nanoparticles disperse more uniformly within the RTV matrix. The dispersion of nanoparticles in RTV and the hydrophobicity of BN/RTV composite material were optimized when the plasma treatment time was 10 min. The introduction of BN nanoparticles leads to an increase in the number of deep traps in BN/RTV composites material and an increase in the pollution flashover voltage. The pollution flashover voltage of BN/RTV composites material was highest when the plasma treatment was 10 min.
