摘要

We examine the case of Kokoromi Gakuen, a support facility catering to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Founded in 1969 by Noboru Kawada, Kokoromi Gakuen serves as a designated support facility for disabled persons. The facility accommodates over one hundred individuals with disabilities who reside together and participate in rehabilitation activities, primarily centered around cultivating shiitake mushrooms and grapes. Through collaborative efforts, each individual contributes to various tasks, fostering a coordinated approach to rehabilitation within the community.
