Research on Intellectual Property Layout of Space-Borne Computer

摘要

Intellectual property is an important carrier of innovation protection and a powerful tool for modern technology-intensive enterprises to compete and cooperate. As we all know, applying for patents is the preferred way for enterprises and scientific institutes in various countries to protect advanced technologies, and patent literature records more than 95% of the world’s innovation achievements, which is an indispensable source of technology for scientific researchers to carry out technical research. Through patent literature retrieval and analysis, the development trend of a certain technology can be known. This paper analyzes the patent application situation, right holder distribution, technical topics, technical efficacy and technical hot spots of space-borne computers, to understand the development trend of space-borne computer related technologies and the global intellectual property distribution. Through the research of this paper, we know that the field of spaceborne computer began to apply for patents as early as the 1970s, and the United States aerospace enterprises have mastered the core key technologies in this field. In recent years, China’s patent layout in this field has continued to grow. The research results of this paper can clarify the technical route and fill the technical gap for the follow-up research on spaceborne computing, and provide important hot field technical solutions for technicians as a reference to improve the starting point of research and development.
