摘要

Atmospheric duct effect is an effect that occurs in the troposphere, where the atmospheric layers change with the altitude due to temperature or water vapor, forming a thin layer of the atmosphere, in which the electromagnetic waves transmitted are confined. This phenomenon is called atmospheric duct propagation of electromagnetic waves. In the slot structure of the NR TDD network, GP channels are set to isolate uplink and downlink timeslots to avoid mutual interference between uplink and downlink signals. In the atmospheric duct effect, signals from the interfering base station are transmitted over a long distance, generating remote co-channel signals, causing severe uplink interference. Subscribers cannot access the network or use the network. Based on the remote interference management method for atmospheric duct effect in the NR TDD system in 3GPP specifications, this document further analyzes the proactive identification measures and corresponding collaborative avoidance methods for atmospheric duct interference.
