Research on Key Technologies of 5G Voice Abnormal Perception Location

For 5G telecom operators, most of SA network adopts the coexistence of VoNR scheme and EPS fallback scheme to realize 5G voice services. Guaranteeing mobile users’ perception and experience of 5G voice services is of great significance to improve telecom operators’ core competitiveness, network reputation and user stickiness. This paper focuses on the research of mobile users 5G voice service awareness problem positioning system. Based on signaling data, the designed system periodically calculates users’ 5G voice key performance indicators, monitors indicators through specific detection algorithms. Furthermore, this system finds deterioration problems of indicators in time, and then this system locates and analyzes failure causes, and matches experience library to complete root cause positioning and intelligent production solutions. The designed system can shorten the abnormal processing time and improve users’ perception of 5G voice services.
