A Fingerprint Indoor Positioning Method Fusing Bluetooth and Geomagnetic Field
摘要
In recent years, indoor positioning services have been widely used in the fields of navigation, emergency rescue and disaster management. Among various indoor positioning technologies, indoor positioning based on Bluetooth sensor is easy to be popularized and has strong practicability, moreover, it can be realized with the assistance of some built-in functions of mobile terminals. However, the positioning effect is often poor in areas with many people and complex electromagnetic environment. In order to address this problem, this paper proposes a fingerprint indoor positioning method integrating Bluetooth and geomagnetic field (e.g., areas of the pending a set number of Bluetooth beacons). Then, Bluetooth and geomagnetic signals are respectively received through mobile phones bring iBeacon function and hall sensor, then user locations can be estimated by the fusion of Bluetooth and geomagnetic filed. According to the method, the positioning accuracy can be improved under the condition that additional other hardware resources are not added. Simulation results show that the fingerprint indoor positioning method has higher estimation accuracy.
