Experiment and Analysis of the Satellite Cable Stiffness

In high-resolution remote sensing satellites, the cable stiffness has a significant impact on the vibration-isolation effect and stability. To obtain the accurate stiffness characteristics of the on-board cable, the stiffness experimental testing system was built based on the substructure stiffness equivalent method. The paper analyzed stiffness effect factors according to the experimental data and put forward feasible methods to weaken the additional stiffness. Finally, the Direct Matrix Input on Grid Points method was used to compile the pre-processing file by inputting stiffness matrix information. The cable finite element model is set up to output the total stiffness matrix, which realize the simulation and integration of the cable group.
