Improved Exploration and Research on Schedule Management of Spacecraft Development Project Based on Risk Perspective

In the process of spacecraft development, schedule management involves numerous influencing factors, which constitute the risk of project schedule management from a risk perspective. This paper analyzes the new characteristics of spacecraft project schedule management, explores and improves the identification and evaluation methods of project schedule risks, and further studies the level evaluation of technical implementation risks, organizational management risks, and environmental change risks in different development stages of spacecraft projects. Corresponding spacecraft project schedule risk management strategies are proposed.
