Key Technology and Software Design of Failure Warning System of Floated Gyro Based on Mechanism

摘要

This paper provides a detailed introduction to the key technology and software design of Failure warning system of floated gyro based on mechanism; The software is developed based on SpringCloud Microservice architecture. The fault warning model is constructed according to the floated gyro fault mechanism, statistical analysis method and trend prediction algorithm design. The state identification and warning of the floated gyro is achieved by receiving real-time telemetry data or simulation data. For the first time, the sub-health state is defined between the health state and the fault state, and the diagnosis criterion is designed according to the model principle. The on-orbit actual test case and the 1000-h actual system verification prove that the early detection of the sub-health state is conducive to the health monitoring and on-track maintenance of the floated gyro while on orbit. It can realize the forecast and warning of typical faults with a high accuracy, and expand the fault alarm and prediction suitable for other key on-orbit single machines.
