The Application of Power Supply Service Command System Based on Big Data Analysis Technology
摘要
In order to deeply implement the integrated operation and distribution resource scheduling and business operation mechanism of State Grid Corporation of China, the author proposes an application research of power supply service command system based on big data analysis technology. The author first analyzed the use of big data analysis visualization platforms to cluster different types of power supply information, and trained information semantic features to obtain information density centers through hierarchical clustering. Taking the “Five in One” collaborative mechanism as the core, the power supply service command architecture is composed of hardware layer, supporting software layer, and data storage layer. Secondly, the power supply service database is constructed by utilizing the coupled substation distribution line distribution transformer user grid topology structure, in order to build a power supply service command platform that integrates customer service command, business collaborative command, distribution operation control, service quality supervision, and visual autonomous statistics functions. Finally, the power supply service command platform was applied to a certain provincial power company. The experimental results showed that after using this platform, the number of fault repair work orders received significantly increased, and the timely delivery rate was as high as 99.98%. The timely arrival rate on-site was 100%, the number of returned orders in the customer service center was 0, and the number of inaccurate, non-standard, and incomplete power outage information releases was 0. After verification, it can be concluded that this technology can efficiently complete service processes such as abnormal warning, fault analysis, work order dispatch, and circulation.
