Design of Teacher Training System Based on Machine Learning Algorithms

With the advancement of modern computer technology, people’s lives, learning, and work methods have been gradually changing, including the field of education. Teacher training, as a form of lifelong learning, has developed in China, and a series of remote teacher training courses and platforms have been initially established, forming a training system based on the training platform with branches set up as nodes. Machine-learning algorithms typically consist of recommendation algorithms, support vector machines, and neural networks. By applying them to the design of the teacher training system, it has many advantages such as diversified training, unified management, standardized assessment, and flexible time. Therefore, this paper designs and implements a Web-based teacher training system on the .NET platform based on machine learning algorithms. The results show that this system can promote the efficiency and quality of teacher training.
