Construction of Urban Landscape Planning and Design System Based on DEM Morphological Evaluation Algorithm

In view of the problems existing in the existing urban landscape design, such as single landscape design function, high energy consumption, and low residents’ satisfaction, this paper would use digital elevation model (DEM) morphological analysis algorithm to study urban landscape planning, and apply DEM morphological analysis algorithm to the traffic road design, urban public facilities design, green space, and landscape of urban landscape planning. It was found that the DEM morphological analysis algorithm could effectively design and plan these aspects. Experiments showed that the use of DEM morphological analysis algorithm to study urban landscape planning could effectively improve the satisfaction of urban residents with the landscape planning, especially in road traffic. Out of the 100 residents selected, a total of 90 were satisfied, with a total satisfaction rate of 90%. The urban landscape planning based on the DEM morphological analysis algorithm could effectively help the urban planning, and better maximize the use of the original urban landscape resources.
