Comprehensive Analysis Scheme for Abnormal Behavior of Maritime Targets

Due to historical reasons, countries with coastlines have maritime disputes with many neighboring countries, and the countries concerned frequently violate national territorial rights and interests through island encroachment, oil and gas theft, illegal mapping, illegal fishing, illegal intrusion, and so on. Aiming at the behavioral identification and surveillance needs of typical targets in territorial waters, we research target identification and tracking of marine moving target information and propose a comprehensive analysis scheme for the abnormal behavior of marine targets. We use signal decoding, sensitive word recognition, and ship trajectory prediction technology to analyze the abnormal behavior of marine moving targets, through the research on the fusion of multi-source heterogeneous data information of marine targets, as well as the use of rule template technology to research the warning of abnormal behavior.
