The Application of Cloud Computing Platform in Human Resource Management System

In order to solve the problem that traditional human resource management can not meet the need of human resource allocation, a modern human resource management system based on cloud computing platform was developed to improve the efficiency of modern human resource management. The system has a three-layer architecture, with the virtual infrastructure layer responsible for collecting physical node resources and virtual other computing resources from different geographical locations, integrating all resources into a dynamically adjustable resource database, completing physical storage of data, and transmitting it to the service management layer; the service management layer adopts multi-objective situation decision-making to obtain row and column decisions of the situation, selects the most effective situation through the multi-objective situation decision-making matrix, completes human resource allocation, and transmits the results to the presentation layer to achieve modern human resource management. The test results show that the system has good openness, high management efficiency, and can complete the required operations and management when the CPU utilization rate is below 38%, with an error rate always below 0.3%.
