Performance Evaluation Standard System of Metrology Enterprises Using Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicator
摘要
To promote the achievement of strategic objectives, this paper takes the Beijing Orient Institute of Measurement and Test as an example and jointly uses two performance evaluation methods, namely the balanced scorecard and key performance indicators, to draw a strategy map with corporate strategy as the core. A performance evaluation standard system is constructed from four levels, namely financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth, respectively, and the Delphi method is used to design indicator weights to better evaluate the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises and provide a reference for related metrology enterprises to carry out performance management.
