Effect of Big Data-Based Psychological Health Education on Sleep Quality and Psychological Resilience in Anxious College Students

摘要

Objective. To determine the effect of big data-based psychological health education on sleep quality and psychological resilience in anxious college students. Methods. By means of stratified sampling, 25 college students diagnosed with anxiety disorder in hospital were selected from each grade as the study objects, and all of them were allocated 1:1 into the experimental group and the control group by the initials ranking method, with 50 college students each. Patients in the control group were given the conventional psychological health education, and the experimental group was delivered the big data-based psychological health education. The health education lasted for 8 weeks. The sleep quality, psychological resilience, and generalized anxiety disorder 7 (GAD-7) scores of the students in the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results. Relative to the control group after intervention, the experimental group achieved remarkably better sleep quality (P < 0.001), psychological resilience (P < 0.05), and GAD-7 score (3.21 ± 0.89 vs. 8.66 ± 0.90, P < 0.001). Conclusion. Big data-based psychological health education can effectively alleviate anxiety in college students and is beneficial for promoting their sleep quality and psychological resilience.
