With the rapid development of network technology and big data technology, the supply chain management model has been greatly influenced. Enterprises are seeking information management technology that meets their needs, and collaborative supply chain management is the use of blockchain information sharing platform to enable smooth interfacing between various business links. The purpose of this paper is to study the optimal management of enterprise supply chain collaboration based on blockchain technology. The introduction of blockchain technology into collaborative supply chain information management enables the decentralisation and intelligence of supply chain enterprises in their operations, providing a new model for the realisation of supply chain synergy benefits. Finally, the system is functionally validated, verifying the feasibility and rationality of the platform in terms of theory and functionality.
