Environmental Quality Assessment Model Based on Artificial Neural Network

摘要

In response to the shortcomings of traditional water environment assessment methods, a learning vector quantization artificial neural network (LVQ-ANN) model based on MATLAB technology was established. Genetic algorithm was used to optimize and improve the parameters of the BP neural network, and the general steps for modeling the model were given. The evaluation results were compared with those of the BP neural network model, fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method, and single-factor evaluation method. The comparison results showed that: Comparing it with the results of the projection pursuit model, the improved LVQ-ANN algorithm and the projection pursuit model have consistent evaluation results, indicating that this method can be applied to water environment quality evaluation and the results are reasonable. It proves that the LVQ-ANN model is reasonable and feasible for evaluating groundwater quality, with short evaluation time and high prediction accuracy, and has high application value in groundwater quality evaluation.
