Design and Construction of Local Universities Performance Management System

According to the actual situation of colleges and universities, it is one of the ways to improve the efficiency of performance appraisal to adopt appropriate methods and technical means in a timely and accurate manner and apply them to performance appraisal. Based on this, the local university performance management system is designed with the support of ASP web page design and development technology, Microsoft Access database technology, ODBC technology, J2EE platform technology, JAVA technology and other related technologies. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of the system from four aspects: demand analysis, system structure, system flow, data table structure and E-R system, and expounds the design idea of the performance management system of local colleges and universities. And from the system structure, system functions and system application implementation methods, the paper analyzes the functions of performance management of local colleges and universities, and finally conducts a comprehensive test of the performance system. The results show that the functions and effectiveness can meet the daily use needs, providing auxiliary support for the performance management of local colleges and universities.
