Immune Algorithm in Automation Control of Intelligent Industrial Robots

With the continuous development of society, robot technology is constantly advancing and gradually becoming an indispensable part of human life. Industrial automation is the process of using computer control technology and modern sensors and other related components to process and analyze various information data, and make corresponding decisions. This article designs an intelligent production line system model using immune algorithm as the core, combining the advantages of immune response method and neural network. Through simulation experiments to verify its performance, the results showed that the convergence exponent of the immune algorithm was very small, basically between 0.063 and 0.093, indicating that the algorithm has good convergence; at the same time, the response time was within 5 s. This control system is feasible and significantly improves production efficiency while reducing costs and improving environmental pollution, indicating the feasibility and effectiveness of industrial automation tasks.
