Exploring the Informationization Practice of Constructive English Learning Platform Based on RBF Algorithm

This article took the “English learning platform” as the research object and started from teaching practice. By analyzing the teaching environment, resource construction, teaching process, and learning evaluation of the platform, the application mode of the platform in English teaching was elaborated. At the same time, the RBF (radial basis function) algorithm was applied to explore the practical application of the English learning platform. Research has shown that this platform can effectively support students’ autonomous learning in English learning, increasing their average score from 70.4 to 80.6, fully reflecting the constructivist theory of “student-centered and teacher led.”
