An Active Wave Filter Design Employing Current Controlled Differential Difference Current Conveyor

This research article presents an active design for higher-order filter design using a Current Controlled Differential Difference Current conveyor (CCDDCC). An approach of the basic wave method is utilized for series inductors with traditional grounded passive components. The inbuilt tunability due to the bias current present in CCDDCC is responsible for the tuning behavior of the higher-order wave filter frequency response. To judge the workability of the proposed wave active filter PSPICE simulation is performed using 0.25 µm TSMC CMOS technology parameter.
