HABE Secure Access at Cloud-Healthcare Database
摘要
With the advent of the big data cloud, society can access streamlined technical assistance and practical data management techniques, allowing data owners and end users to enjoy premium cloud services via the Internet. Electronic Health Record (EHR) technology has gained popularity and interest in healthcare organizations and research. Cloud services are utilized to develop efficient EHR systems and reap the best benefits from EHR implementation. The confidentiality and privacy of patient records on cloud platforms are still obstacles in an IoT-cloud-assisted environment. In our proposed work, we construct a Hierarchical Attribute-Based Encryption (HABE) mechanism to preserve big data from untrusted third parties, providing a rigorous integrated hierarchical access policy for multiple authorized users. The HABE mechanism incorporates the properties of Identity-based Key Encryption (IKE) and Ciphertext Policy-based Attribute Key Encryption (CP-AKE). The efficiency and performance of the HABE mechanism have been analyzed depending on the flexibility of the number of attributes used.
