Scenarios and Rates of Collection of Cubesat Class Nanosatellites into the Formation by the Method of Active Aerodynamic Control
摘要
Space missions implemented in the form of a satellite formation assume the presence of control of the relative position of satellites. The purpose of this work is to study scenarios for collecting CubeSat nanosatellites into a given configuration by aerodynamic control. The features of launching swarms of CubeSat into orbit are considered. The simulation of the orbital motion of a group of satellites was performed using the GMAT program. The principles of choosing ballistic parameters for formation satellites, as well as their orientation modes providing active control, are formulated. An assessment of the rate of convergence of a pair of satellites under the action of active control, depending on the parameters of launching into orbit, was carried out. The results obtained will be applied within the framework of the ReshUCube-3 space mission and are designed to expand the capabilities of small satellites in the field of building inter-satellite communication systems.
