摘要

To meet food safety standards and preserve the nutritional content of food for an extended period, drying and freezing are two commonly employed methods of food preservation. The drying process involves subjecting the food to elevated temperatures to eliminate moisture, thereby effectively inhibiting the growth of bacteria and fungi. This paper presents the development and implementation of an intelligent drying agricultural products system that utilizes Lora Wan technology. The design integrates a temperature sensor and employs a PID controller to ensure consistent drying temperature. Data processing is accomplished using an embedded programming technique on an STM32 microcontroller. Device control, connectivity, and monitoring are facilitated by an ESP32, which is compatible with websites and mobile applications for Android operating systems and computers. Experimental investigations are conducted using the implemented dryer to examine three drying materials: jackfruit, sweet potato, and mango. Real-time management of temperature was successfully achieved. This method demonstrates the potential for application in industrial drying processes, as it yields high-quality products, exhibits user-friendly features, and promotes energy savings during the drying process.
