This platform guarantees a seamless and safe experience for both applicants and authorities by leveraging the capabilities of cutting-edge technologies like AES encryption, private and public block-chains, and cloud storage. An easy-to-use interface is used by applicants to submit their tender forms, and strong AES encryption is used to protect sensitive data during transmission. The private block-chain where these encrypted forms are safely kept is only accessible when the submission deadline has passed. At this critical stage, authorized officials assess the tenders and determine the winning offers. The chosen bids are subsequently transferred to a public block-chain, guaranteeing the decision-making process’ transparency and immutability.
