摘要

The fauna of the family Cimicidae Latreille, 1802 in the Middle East comprises six species within four genera, Cimex Linnaeus, 1758, Cacodmus Stål, 1873, Leptocimex Roubaud, 1913, and Stricticimex Ferris and Usinger, 1957. Also, the fauna of Egypt and Iran with three recorded species is the most diverse among the Middle Eastern countries.
