摘要

The fauna of the family Pachygronthidae Stål, 1865 in the Middle East includes five species in three genera, Cymophyes Fieber, 1865, Opistholeptus Bergroth, 1894, and Teracrius Stål, 1858. This family has been recorded from 10 countries of the Middle East thus far: Yemen (three species), Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Syria (two species), Cyprus, Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates (one species).
