Family Artheneidae Stål, 1872

摘要

The fauna of the family Artheneidae Stål, 1872 in the Middle East includes 14 species in three genera, Artheneis Spinola, 1837, Artheneidea Kiritshenko, 1914, and Holcocranum Fieber, 1860, all which also have been recorded from Iran. In addition to Iran, Artheneidae has been recorded from 11 other countries of the Middle East: Turkey (eight species), Egypt (seven species), Iraq, Jordan (six species), Israel (five species), Syria, Yemen (three species), Cyprus, Saudi Arabia (two species), Lebanon, and United Arab Emirates (one species).
