摘要

This article explores the impact of converting data fields to text as medical reports on data entry control, management, and the accuracy of medical decisions. We present an innovative platform that enables data entry in separate data fields aligned with the preferred data types of sonographers, radiologists, and surgeons, automatically generating the corresponding medical reports. Through a comparative analysis of medical report error rates between the separated data fields approach (utilizing recent technology) and the text-based approach (traditional method), we evaluate the effectiveness of this breakthrough technology in reducing data entry errors. By assessing the generated data derived from implementing this system, we examine the improvements in human-computer interaction (HCI) facilitated by streamlined data entry processes and enhanced control and management capabilities. Our findings reveal a significant increase in the accuracy of medical reports following this HCI-driven approach. This study highlights the potential of HCI advancements in optimizing medical data entry, reducing errors, and improving the accuracy of medical decision-making. The results emphasize the importance of leveraging technology to streamline data entry processes, enhancing efficiency and precision in medical reporting, with potential implications for improving patient care outcomes.
