Communication and Interactivity in Education a Process for Knowledge Management

摘要

Education as a transforming axis in society has allowed communication and interactivity to play a fundamental role in the development of knowledge, with an assimilation over time. From the objective, it was proposed to articulate communication and interactivity strategies in the learning process of students to develop knowledge management. With qualitative research, with a descriptive scope, as a method of study that allows interpreting information obtained through the application of surveys to students. The results obtained, were given through communication, where technology offered various tools with pedagogical didactics that allowed a communicative function, and the role assumed by the teacher as the one who guides, orients, the learning process. On the other hand, with the spiral model of knowledge management of Nonaka and Takeuchi that allowed to show how knowledge is organized in the process of communication and interactivity between teachers and students, showing that, by generating the processes of communication and interactivity between teachers and students with some web tools and ICT as mediators, students were able to generate knowledge and transform it, thus increasing their intellectual capital.
