Content Validation of a Satisfaction Survey for a Training Activity for a Company Based on Empirical Comparison by Expert Judgment

This study clarifies the objective of emphasizing the importance of validation techniques in questionnaire construction and evaluation, specifically focusing on V de Aiken and Alpha de Cronbach coefficients. While expert validation’s significance is acknowledged, the study’s primary focus lies in highlighting the techniques employed during this process. Experts provide comprehensive insights, aiding in understanding questionnaire limitations and proper interpretation. However, this study emphasizes the techniques used during expert validation to enhance questionnaire quality. The choice of V de Aiken and Alpha de Cronbach coefficients as validation tools is justified. V de Aiken evaluates convergent and discriminant validity, determining whether items measure similar or different concepts, ensuring coherence. Alpha de Cronbach assesses internal consistency, vital for result reliability. Despite inherent limitations, these techniques are supported due to their suitability in satisfaction surveys and measurement instruments.
