Unveiling the Transformative Power of Plants in a Hyperconnected Reality

Human evolution has been made possible by the symbiosis that we have managed to create between the natural and the artificial. However, as technology has evolved, it has gone from being able to connect us with our environment literally and metaphorically, to becoming our environment itself. As a result of this new reality of (dis-/re-) connection with nature and technology, the objective of this work will be to show the extent to which our hyperconnected cultural reality needs a (re)connection with the natural, by justifying the fact that plants, as a natural element, hold an educational potential in this respect that we should take seriously.
