Integromics: Tracking the Multi-omic Expanse in Theragnostics

Complex diseases cause immense burden on health management systems, with potentially higher rates of late or wrong diagnosis leading to mortality. The heterogeneous nature of the diseases can add up to the latency in prognosis, prediction and treatment regimens. Theragnostics combine demarcation of novel molecular biomarkers with recent techniques involving high-throughput detection, developing molecular imaging probes and nano-devices for both diagnosis and therapy. The collection of omic data and advancements in simulation profiling of multi-omic disease models have paved the way for unique work pipelines for deciphering the intricate details of such complex disorders. We endeavor into the experimental and computational integration of data and meta-data analysis that have proven to encourage the requisite theragnostic targets with realization of bench to bedside outputs.
