Spinal CT Angiography

The scanning range is determined according to the anatomical location to be examined. The scanning range for the cervical spinal segment is from the skull base to the sternoclavicular joint that for the thoracic spinal segment is from the cervical root to the level of the costophrenic angle and that for the abdominal spinal segment is from the apex of the diaphragm to the pubic symphysis. The scanning direction is from head to foot. Breath holding training is required for patients before the examination. The tube voltage and tube current are the same as the CT scan parameters of the corresponding anatomical regions.
