CT Angiography of Lower Extremities
摘要
Patients lie in the exam table in the feet-first supine position with the arms lifted and the knees kept together with bandages if necessary. The patients should keep their feet together and raise them to at the level of the hips with slight internal rotation of the legs, allowing the tibia and fibula to appear separate on imaging. The scanning range is from the renal arteries to the dorsalis pedis arteries, covering the abdominal aorta, internal iliac arteries, external iliac arteries, femoral arteries, popliteal arteries, tibial arteries, and peroneal arteries.
