DWallet: Two-Factor Authentication Crypto Wallet Browser Extension

The use of crypto wallet is increased tremendously now. Hence, the usability, users ease, and security are the prime concerns. In this paper, we have discussed the various types of crypto wallets, challenges they have solved, their methodology used and some of their limitations. Studying these limitations and earlier challenges gave us a great opportunity to further build on something which can address these limitations. Thus, we have focused on enhancing the security of traditional wallets. This includes verifying transactions through the concept of two-factor authentication involving creation of a browser extension, deploying multi-signature wallet as a smart contract and verification by server. This paper will also explain a detailed process of this method, how exactly it is implemented along with the logic used and a demo of the prototype supported with some screenshots. To improvise the usability, the solution is presented as a browser extension so that anyone can use it easily.
