Formulation of Single Switch Integrated Zeta-Flyback Converter for Food Processing Application

A single switch integrated elevated high gain zeta-flyback converter for use in food processing application has been proposed in this paper. The converter was created using a zeta converter, whose two inductors combined with flyback transformers, and the secondary sides of each of them were linked to diodes and voltage multiplier cells. To increase system efficiency and produce a regulated output, the proposed converter topology integrates the zeta converter and flyback converter. The proposed converter produce high gain with low switching losses and device stress. Finally, simulation using MATLAB/Simulink and experimental results are depicted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed converter.
