Augmented Reality-Based Application for Indian Monuments

Notwithstanding the fact that augmented reality (AR) is becoming increasingly essential in a wide range of sectors, its use in the subject of Indian monument education is still quite restricted. The goal of this research is to identify which heritage-related applications are presently accessible in India that employ augmented reality (AR) as a 3D visualization information tool to educate users about a variety of various types of monuments. Our program not only helps people enhance their knowledge, but it also shows a 3D representation of Indian history and landmarks. AR-CORE, machine learning, and several application improvement libraries are used in this study. To identify the monument from the scanned image, a machine learning model created using Tensor flow is used. Monument 3D models are saved on the Firebase server. The AR-CORE library then retrieves them in real time in the form of blocks, assembles the full monument, and renders at any planar surface. The built application may be used to educate people of all levels about India's rich legacy and let them see and explore it in real time, and we can give an image searching tool that allows the user to scan photographs using machine learning.
