Critical Chain Scheduling

The concept of critical chain scheduling is derived from Goldratt’s theory of constraints applied to project management. This chapter demonstrates how it can be applied. The concept of buffers (feeder, resource, and project) are described. The use of fever charts in monitoring project progress is demonstrated.
