Planning

  • David L. Olson

摘要

This chapter describes a conventional view of the project planning process, in line with that of the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK (project management body of knowledge). The steps are described from objective and requirements setting through specification of work activities, organization planning, schedule development, and identification of control points. The need to recognize the high level of change typical in projects leads to consideration of planning for change.
