Implementation and Control

Risk management is highly important in project management. Means to monitor and control project performance are addressed. A control process is presented to include discussion of responsibility assignment (RACI charts). A means to apply budget analysis is demonstrated with quantitative example. A work authorization process is described. Once projects are completed, oftentimes there are delays that need to be accounted for in terms of responsibility. A method to assess relative responsibility between owners and project implementers is demonstrated.
