International Standards for Clay Nanoplates

This chapter explains ISO and standards, types of standards, and terms for nanomaterials. The benefits of using standards are also discussed. Next, clay/silica nanomaterial standard documents that have already been issued by the ISO and standards currently under development are explained. We are considering starting certification of clay nanoplate products and gas barrier film products by referring to them in 2023, and this chapter will explain that in detail.
