Modified Modeling of RoF for Advanced Wireless Network for Long Haul Communication

This paper presents the utilization of WDM-RoF and FBG technology to achieve high-speed data transmission over 240 km distances, thereby meeting the requirements of modern users. The proposed model consists of an effective RoF network including the combination of OPC and FBG to enhance an extended transmission accuracy with extensive bandwidth. The designed system demonstrates an effective deployment of the 8-channel WDM-RoF network, achieving successful data transmission at a rate of 12 Gbps, utilizing a carrier frequency of 250 GHz over 240 km distances. Opti-system 19 software is utilized for the simulation of a WDM-RoF network system. The design achieves a typical BER of 10−15 at a channel spacing of 0.5 nm. The primary objective is to enable data transmission with exceptional speed and efficiency through a single fiber optic cable.
